Healing the Emotional Body (for men too, don’t disregard this)

Is it possible to do this work for a whole year straight, just like I did with the Wunjo rune? I know I will need more than 90 days.
I find it uncomfortable to think about all the unpleasant things from past lives that will come to the surface.

Having done this for some days I wanted to share my experience so far. This seems to work, and I have made peace with certain parts of my subconscious and my past, if that makes sense. The emotional rollercoaster that has accompanied has coincided with powerful God and Demon rituals which have definitely shaken me emotionally. But I feel like I am getting better even though I am just in the beginning. It will be interesting to see the difference reaching closer to 40 days and longer. One of the reasons I am doing this is as a preliminary working before a material Venus square, and so far so good.

In the same vein I want to thank you HPS Lydia for your great touch in this place. You are something we truly need as a rolemodel for many younger women to look up for, not only as someone who does work behind the scenes. If only one woman reaches half of your greatness how big of a blessing that is. I am truly grateful.

You have your physical body, soul, astral body, mental body, and more. The Emotional Body is the part of the soul that can be damaged when you experience emotional trauma, grief, bereavement, abandonment, and so on.

Many people have emotional outbursts, immature reactions, trigger episodes, frustration, and juvenile attention-seeking behavior. Much of this comes from various deprivation of basic emotional needs. Being emotionally weak, as sadly many people in the world are today, can cause overall weakness of character, but can also cause mayhem to one’s personal life.

If you disregard your emotional well-being, you will suffer. And to men, I don’t mean suffering in a “manly what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” sort of way. A lot of weakness in certain types of men come from emotional problems.

To both genders, if you are not emotionally strong and healthy, you will have a difficult time maintaining a stable relationship and friendships, and raising children. You will also have a difficult time achieving goals in life and career, and finding happiness and contentment in general.

Heal and strengthen yourself emotionally, and you will be taking a large step forward in becoming a more actualized human on the way to Godhood.

Important, especially for men: this working is quite Lunar. You might want to compensate by ensuring you do physical activity or something else Solar or Martial in your day for the duration of this working.

When doing this working, there may be a period of time when you feel like your heart is breaking like a loved one has died, or perhaps feelings of abandonment will crop up. If this happens, you can:
-vibrate the mantra Sananda (Sanskrit for “Joy”)
-do extra cleaning
-meditate on the feeling to try to determine what caused it
-tough it out


Begin: Any day when the Moon is Waxing or Full, and in Cancer or Pisces; preferable a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Download our SS Calendar of your location to find these dates. Monday September 16 is the soonest date, or October 14, or any following month that works better for you.

If possible, try to direct it to your Emotional Body; if you can’t, then just will it (use your intention) and know that the energy is going where it needs to. Before you begin, tune in to yourself, and tell yourself that the energy is healing your emotional body; and then begin.

Color: To use when breathing in energy and/or while stating the affirmation. Blue, light blue or sky blue. Gold is fine, or white-gold if you’re not yet competent with colors.

Mantra: Shrim, pronounced SH-RR-EE-MM. If you can’t roll the R’s that’s fine, just make the sound normally, but you can find videos on youtube to learn how to roll them, it won’t take long to learn. The SH is like the word "shush".

Repetitions: If you’re less experienced, 18. Otherwise 50, or 80, or 100.

Duration: You can try a small cycle to see how that works for you, such as 7 days. Otherwise go for 40 or 50 days, and then determine if you feel like you’d benefit from doing 100 or more days. You can do multiple cycles over the course of however long you need.

Optional: Crystals help to attune energy, and attune you to the working you are doing. There are other crystals than the ones listed below, but these ones are very effective and fairly easy to obtain.
-Celestite is perfect for this working, but can be quite expensive
-Moonstone is another great option, but for those who have a prominent Neptune or Moon, it can be aggravated after a period of time (increased lack of focus and daydreaming)
-Amethyst is good if you have a lot of anger
-Opal (common opal is fine, not the expensive iridescent gems unless you happen to have one)
-Selenite
-Rose Quartz is a great choice if you’ve been abandoned or experienced grief, weren’t loved by your parents, or experienced problems from love; this crystal is very affordable and abundant

For men, you can get Sunstone and just hold that crystal at other times in your day for balance. Sunstone increases masculinity in men (it does not have this effect in women). For both genders, you can use this crystals at other times in your day through this working, as it will impart cheerfulness and a positive attitude, and offset gloominess and depression.


Additional things to keep in mind: Don’t bottle things inside or repress your feelings. If you have a problem, find someone you can talk about it with, like a parent or good friend. Some people benefit massively from a therapist. If you have none of these options, then start a journal and work through everything yourself.

There are toxic people in the world. Don’t let them affect you, you deserve better. You can use magick to prevent these people from being around you, and you can use magick to get better people into your life.

Find a hobby that makes you happy. Exercise, let off steam. Remember to keep strong boundaries. Build self-discipline so you don’t go in the opposite direction: from stifling emotions, to blubbering in front of everyone you meet (lol).

Yes, you can begin this on the 30th or 31st with Moon in Pisces, or next month with Moon in Cancer on Feb 9th. Either date will be effective.

I've have been doing the work for a little over 70 days now and a lot of things have come out, including some traumatic things from my childhood and also from past lives like a resentment of being betrayed.
But the big, giant trauma is having been separated for many past lives from someone I loved and I still don't remember who that person is.

Well, it's been a while. Today is the 55th day of me doing the working. So yea, I'm halfway there.

When I mentally decided to start the working, I felt such a tremendous relief, a feeling of genuine freedom and joy!

The working itself so far has been quite a rollercoaster. During the first weeks I got to experience feelings of depression and pointlessness, again. Once these feelings surfaced, I took them seriously for a day or two. This is a rookie mistake, of course. When I remembered to remind myself, that I'm in the middle of an emotional healing working here and all of this is normal, then I also noticed, that these feelings were substantially weaker than the actual severe clinical depression from years ago. I managed to tune out of them using the Sananda mantra and keeping myself busy.

Later, feelings of not being man enough (childhood abuse by mother) appeared. Sananda helped, again.
I also experienced feelings like there is no point to live in this world. These feelings originated from the pre-dedication period. Feelings of anxiety disorder lasted about 3 days.
There also was a rough patch with my partner for a week or so. These were the scars from her outbursts that had emotionally hurt me severely in the past. She is still without but I keep her in the loop with some things.

In retrospect, all these feelings were weaker than their original versions. It is not that hard to let them pass through and tune out.

Other than that, I feel, that I'm becoming a better, more distilled version of myself.

And I'm still grateful, dear HPS. :love:

For those interested, it can be started on May 1 or 2, waxing Moon in Cancer. If you don't want to wait that long, then you can do it this coming Full Moon, April 13. Moon is in Libra but it's a Full Moon which is powerful.
 
Well, it worked good and bad wonders.
Im doing my third working of it, about 30 in. First was 14 days, second was a 100 days, hopefully this third will be 100 days too. Apart how well it worked removing some very deep bad habit and near addictions, since I started the third one, I feel absolute worst. Its not because of it, I had a apinful saturn transit, and get horrible, absolutly horrible medical news, which caused me to feel like the lowest human being ever lived. Should I just stop this third working at 30 days? Or is it a healthy way of all the suffering coming out?
 
Well, it worked good and bad wonders.

Sun Squares and lots of yoga asanas are very helpful for Saturn transits.

You might need to prioritize your physical health first. Or you can continue this working in the evenings, and work with Sun mantra or square in the daytime. And of course keep up your cleaning and AoP.

Im trying High Priestess, I really do. Gym, yoga, meditating, healthier diet, more time in nature, more than ever. But still, diabetes here, and despite my best erforts, its still here. So sadly my physical health wont get better anytime soon
 
This sounds like autosuggestive programming to me. Don't do that to yourself. Gotta have hope, man! 😇
You might want to give intermittent fasting a go. It's free. And watch what you eat, avoid spiking your insulin.
It was on my to do list, but I got gallstones. I try to get rid of them without removing my whole gallbladder, maybe after it

Cut back on carbs, eat mainly protein and fats. One of my childhood best friends had/has Type 1, I am familiar with both types of diabetes.

Btw are you type 1 or type 2? Pancreas not producing insulin (type 1) or your cells are insulin-resistant (type 2).

Physically, I treat it perfectly, other diabetics jealous of me for having so rare high and lows. Mentally, a disaster, and even in better days, hard to find balance between accepting this and fighting against it. I ranted out several times

But I must thank you for your healing work High Priestess, after 164 days it seem fully removed my emotional bond to a very, very serious sexual problem(which was also caused by my pluto, so, it was as severe as possible). Started those workings last october, and stopped it two days ago. Thank you, once again

I like to add on to your initial post that much of this emotional weakness in people does derive from curses of the abrahamics, as we have to fully understand here but the best example is that from the moment one is born they are pushed to always be on the edge. No sense of stillness, tranquility or calmness. From tv making one paranoid in regards to events or buying things to religion telling you're always being watched and even thinking the wrong way is enough to punish eternally.

Calmly accepting our emotional hang ups and calmy going about fixing this thru your steps seems like the best way for me to go about it.

Clear quartz is the best crystal for AoP. It also strengthens and expands your aura as you hold it, and fills in holes, making the AoP even stronger.

can i use affirmations like "i am completely healthy in every way" without reference to the emotional body?
Yes you can, for other mantras too. If you use it with Shrim mantra, it can help with the digestive system and other areas ruled by the Moon. It's a good idea to do generalized health workings, especially if you feel the inclination to do so :)
 
ok i'm confused can anyone suggest the nearest good start time for this workings in est time
Yes, you can begin it now that Moon is in Cancer, thank you for mentioning this. Check the planetary hours, you can find these on our Astrology website or on AstroChronos, fill in the form and aim to begin the working when it is hour of Moon, Venus, or Jupiter; Sun or Mercury is also fine.

Today is my first day doing this workings and I'm already experiencing a lot of traumatic flashbacks throughout the day. Is this how it should be? I also use celestite.

Keep it up, this will pass. I was feeling heartbroken like a loved one just died, for a few days after I began. I was re-experiencing the grief I had suffered years ago, and then I felt healed after.

It's been now 11 days since I finished the 100 day working. There is something more I considered worthy of mentioning.
This working in it's final stages brought up emotions I had repressed and buried a long time ago. These deep emotions were caused by getting emotionally hurt as an adult by people very close to me. Later, attempts to express these were blocked. The real cause of such repeated patterns was in the childhood.
During the last days of the working I finally found myself in a situation where I had to share these with the person(s) involved. This may sound frightening at first but the outcome was a very positive one.

It seems to me, that this working has succesfully removed all of it, enabling me to be free. I feel substantially more relaxed plus my mood is stable and positive. I used to experience anxiety for no apparent reason. This is now history.

I also want to recommend to all Zevists considering the working to be religious about Cleaning and Protection. Supporting your mood with Sananda is of equal importance. Also, do not forget to do Yoga.
