Healing nerve damage

I’ve asked this before but maybe not so in-depth I injured my penis years ago and suffered severe nerve damage as a result of which my dick Is completely numb there is no sensation left remaining much I can still feel if there’s a bit of pressure on it but all pleasurable sensation is gone now I’ve seen several doctors and they said because of the extent of the injury and how long ago it happened 9 years ago they said it is no longer capable of healing the nerves atrophied and can’t reconnect and heal no surgery or medication or anything will heal it they said it’s unhealable now my question is medical science surgery and medicine can’t heal it would it be possible to fully heal my nerve damage and restore full sensation with magick and meditation if medical science surgery and medicine can’t ?
