greys abduction,could it happen

I've been dedicated for 2 years now,and I meditate everyday,and I'm somewhat advanced with working with elements(I just want to point out level of advancement which may/may not be useful).

When I was a xtian I had a lot of problems with greys,one night they were knocking on my door(I'm pretty sure they were greys even tho I did not see them,it was 4:50 AM and they knocked on my door in my bedroom,I was alone in the house) and the day after I had a terrible accident,they were toying with me,all sort of noises etc,but I was never paralyzed,and I never saw them physically or anything,I've searched on this group about greys abducting and these kind of things did not happen to me(as far as I know). Now,some time after I dedicated this shit stopped,but shortly after I started waking up at 4 AM EVERY SINGLE NIGHT,for no reason,and every time I woke up I could sense something bad,but that too went away... Until couple of months ago. I was meditating and I heard sharp noise on my attic which totally destabilized me,but they did not stop there. I started seeing 3:33 on my clock very often(if someone could explain this to me,it would be good,because I really don't understand it,I've searched about it but I got nothing),and I started waking up at 4 AM again,every time feeling some negative energy around,until one night I had a dream of grey abduction. Now,I'm not sure if it even was a dream,or it really happened and it was manifested to be a dream to me,but anyway,I did banishing rituals and aura protection so they went away hopefully,and today I have no problems with them,but I would like to know what can I do if they try something in the future,and what's with this waking up thing,because I don't really understand it.
