Tody, As SS we work to advance ourselves, our souls power, through the power meditations. The RTR's are also a way we work with the power of our souls. Hence we raise our energy and then focus our will, desire, expectation and energy on the RTR. This feels really good, it does! Its normal to feel good after, I feel the Chi moving after I'm done. I feel the energy. Its a great feeling.[/B]
I think its an added boost to know this particular action (the RTR) is of specific assistance for Satan. It's best to do the RTR every day, don't skip any days. That said, I know this can happen and has to me, and I felt anxious and upset about missing a day. You can stack RTR the next day to make up (vibrate six times through rather than three, for instance). [/B]
The RTR also (I find) has an added benefit in that it can help a new person to start to build a meditation routine. It's a great thing to anchor to (as its done daily) and build around. This grows consistency. It's like a great routine in the gym. Consistency is key. Do it till its second nature. Then add another meditation. Do it till its second nature, add another. Build the routine from beginner to intermediate and so on. I remember reading somewhere, I believe it was HPS Maxine said it...I read it a long time ago though...to the effect it's more beneficial to build up gradually and with consistency rather than leapfrogging from meditation to meditation. [/B]
Here's an analogy: Every day I'd walk my bike up a certain hill. I wasn't strong enough to pedal up. It was effort just to walk up it. I'd struggle up that hill pushing my bike. And then one day, I was able to bike up that hill, it didn't even seem that steep anymore. I was halfway up the hill on my bike when it hit me: WOW! I'm pedaling up this hill! I think the power meditations are like that too.[/B]
Hope this was helpful :)[/B]
