If i wanted to banish someone's soul (deceased spirit) permanently, meaning no reincarnation how would I go about that? Is it as simple as doing the banishing ritual? Or would it be more complex?

Please tell us what exactly is the issue you are trying to solve (you can do it via Ask-Satya service in the other topic). We will help better if we know it in more detail. I mean not what happened to you, but rather what exactly issue you are now trying to solve, because different advice might be for different issue.
For example, is your problem that someone is dead and they started to come in your nightdreams or in daylight and you feel their presence and feel afraid or disturbed by their dead spirit? Then you better go to Gods asking them to release you from the persecution of the dead. Do all protections from our site and void. Cleanse your house. Here you do not need physical protection for this specific situation, but astral one. There are a lot of Gods who deal with diseased spirits helping them to go away or chasing them away if they are malicious, for example Lady Haures and Lord Orobas chaise away the evil spirits. If the spirit is not malicious but rather needy of attention and reincarnation and you feel pity for them, HPS Maxine answered me when I asked her about this, that I prayed to Lady Lilith (you can't invoke / summon her but I believe you might pray to her not asking her to come directly, or you might do her ritual) and ask her to take care about the soul. You also might pray to Lord Anubis and Lady Nepthys when it comes to caring about the dead souls - we have both rituals.
Or is your problem that they were somewhat very evil criminal (serial rapist or very hard perpetrator of this kind) and they suddenly died and were not sufficiently punished during life and you wish Justice to be served upon them? We fully understand because now is 21 century (Kali Yuga + democracy (dumbocracy) = nightmare, mob rule, actually the worst epoch where almost 100% evil goes unpunished till lifetime). And then your work is to curse the soul to reincarnate for example into alcoholic psychopath completely emotionally absent abusive parents, so that they get beaten and raped till 18 and then suffer for whole life from that, for example. This can be done with runic programming into their soul / chakras, and will teach them a good lesson, and believe me, this type of punishment that such soul deserved can't (or are too difficult) be done merely on the astral, they really need reincarnation for this. Most punishments of such types need reincarnation and we can use reincarnation process with great success for implying Justice like this. Why to go against nature if you can successfully use nature for your goals? This obviously might need more than 40 days, and might need years or more to be programmed and maybe to be specifically programmed to realize only under specific circumstances such as reincarnation and before these just waiting lying silently inside the soul.
