Point well taken!

I think that too many of us put this off for "special times" and that is fine, too -- maybe those times would be good for an extra push, but if it became part of our daily routines like our other meditations there would be that much more power.

No need to wait until we on-line participants have decided on a day/time for group ritual. Join in those too; they're VERY powerful. But just a few minutes each day on our own, is needed as well. It amounts (cumulatively and individually and over time) as a constant, steady, unrelenting bombardment. In other words, the enemy doesn't get a chance to take a breather and regroup.
