So far, my routine has been..gradual. Rather than sit down and try for 100 breaths per chakra, I've been doing small, but frequent meditation sessions. Was doing 3 sets of 3 each per day, with the white-gold energy, then white-gold into all at the end. Now trying for 4 sets of 5 per day, as I can do it without getting exhausted.
I know the website says, "these numbers are just a guideline" (paraphrased, sorta), but, if this is what I can do, is that ok? I can do more, but I'd be forcing myself. My breathing is not sufficient to breathe deeply for these, to get the maximum air in. Working on that asthma though. I'm just limited.
I feel like this is too little. I've been trying to get into a good routine, and with the waxxing moon recently, I've started getting back into the routine..I've established my routine quite well with room to grow.
Is there a "wrong" amount of sets/repetitions to do for meditation, chakra breathing? I've just been getting as much as I can. And focusing on feeling it.
Advice much appreciated. I want to push myself, grow strong, become a god and whatnot..but trying to do too much is the easiest way to burn myself out and not want to do it. This time around I've started small and felt my limit, expanding myself in that regard.

I think that you're neglecting a lot of important meditations just doing what your doing. I recommend you start this program http://webzoom.freewebs.com/satanismgr/ ... stries.pdf

Do what Yog said.  For me I'm doing it and its working great.  For me its important to know that I'm doing each meditation with a good deal of success because I'm beginning to share similar motivation.  I do one; make sure its working and I'm doing it right; then go onto the next one.  Might take a day, might take a week.  Do what it says.  It was written by High Priest Hooded Cobra and it was carefully thought up and put together.  I think that's the hardest lesson to learn of all - TRUST.  Trust equals smooth equals easy equals fast.

Any meditation schedule should be sustainable any able to be done every day so starting off small and working your way up to greater numbers is a perfect way to start building your energies. Quality before quantity.

HAIL SATAN!

Thank you. I will begin in the morning; too late to start a day, time of writing.
I feel I am a bit beyond some of this, but that's actually a sign I need to do it ALL per the guide. I just hope the yoga is easy..
Also, forty days puts us close to..Neptune in ninth degree of Pisces? The money thing. This entire program should help me then. Help a lot of us. I neglected to do a forty day money working, and probably won't be able to start one now. This meditation plan should help.

How does our aura of protection actually help us in these cases? I don't quite understand it. "The easiest way for the energy" is just so vague, maybe I'm expecting too direct of an answer..I'm just curious. And I did read it over, but that still doesn't answer the question.

Honestly the best thing to start out with would be yoga. Maxine says in the newsletter.

Morning: kundalini yoga
Night: Hatha yoga and breathing exercises
Go to file section of this group and you will find yoga routine. Do kundalini at 54 reps where it says 108. Then do Hatha right before bed. With 4-5 rounds of alternate nostril breathing.
This is incredibly powerful. Once you get some consistency in that you will feel better. Then decide what can you do to further empower yourself. But yoga is a MUST. So this is a good place to start.
