So far, my routine has been..gradual. Rather than sit down and try for 100 breaths per chakra, I've been doing small, but frequent meditation sessions. Was doing 3 sets of 3 each per day, with the white-gold energy, then white-gold into all at the end. Now trying for 4 sets of 5 per day, as I can do it without getting exhausted.
I know the website says, "these numbers are just a guideline" (paraphrased, sorta), but, if this is what I can do, is that ok? I can do more, but I'd be forcing myself. My breathing is not sufficient to breathe deeply for these, to get the maximum air in. Working on that asthma though. I'm just limited.
I feel like this is too little. I've been trying to get into a good routine, and with the waxxing moon recently, I've started getting back into the routine..I've established my routine quite well with room to grow.
Is there a "wrong" amount of sets/repetitions to do for meditation, chakra breathing? I've just been getting as much as I can. And focusing on feeling it.
Advice much appreciated. I want to push myself, grow strong, become a god and whatnot..but trying to do too much is the easiest way to burn myself out and not want to do it. This time around I've started small and felt my limit, expanding myself in that regard.
May the Gods be praised
