Feeling tired and upset

Yesterday I did the ritual of destruction against the Jews and I put all my feeling and just after finishing I felt good but after a while I began to notice a headache and feeling of tiredness, enemy attack or just tired from the effort psychic? course after doing the ritual cleanse my aura and my chakras

It has been told for many times that it is very important to keep your energies high and to constantly built a powerful aura of protection around you, especially during such a working. This also happened to me in the past. After a group destruction ritual i felt really good but i kinda ignored to thoroughly clean my chakras and my aura. Besides a bad headache, i also got depressed. The bad thing was that i had to leave home right after the ritual and i had to be out, in a noisy crowed place for a couple of hours, so i had to live with that for some time. That was a lesson to learn. Now i never neglect the spiritual hygiene after any ritual where I work with negative or destructive energies.
