Fall Equinox 2018 question

On the 23rd of September on the calendar it says that the fall equinox is then with the description 'meditation, psychic endeavors, psychic healing' and I was wondering if the psychological healing that Lydia posted would be good to start at that time.
The moon will still be waxing though.

Yes it will be. Waning Moon is best for removing issues, and waxing for healing, so it still applies. That working can literally be done during waning or waxing as both phases cover different sides of it.
