When I went for physical therapy for my back they had me do the cobra pose. I never really did yoga and after doing that for awhile and a couple other things my back felt better than ever.

Shannon posted the vid of the person who regenerated himself using the asana's. And no longer needed the walkers and disabled scooter. And could walk and run fine. Dr. Theos Benard wrote a book identical to this story back in the 30's. The asana's are also being used as physical therapy systems in some places.

A person can have the physique one sees on the male model and strenght. You just need to adjust the kind of exercises.
Go back and look at any picture of the gym a century ago and before. And you will notice it looks like an old high school gym. The only equipment is the gymnastic horse, hanging rings, kettlebells and some club weights. For a reason this works in building superior power and physique.
Later around the later 50's and 60's fitness got turned into a industry$$$$. And thus today to keep a billion dollar industry going one needs to come up with a never ending series of gizmo's gadgets, trends and fads. It also was turned into a vainity club to help promote this.
People who are serious about physical culture on the otherhand are all going back to what was being used a century ago and before. For a reason it works. The original Western ideal of physical culture was a form of ascetism that develops a holistic being of mind, body and spirit. It was a key metaphysical ideal underlying the Fascist principals of Italy and other higher civilizations emerging in this period. It was a rebirth of the classic age of Hellenic thinking on the subject.
If a person is into weight lifting or wants to pursue this for real. I suggest one thing.....Kettlebells. Also for general strenght conditioning as well. For martial arts to general sports. Excellent. Body weight exercises of gymnastics as well.
The pommel horse and gymnastics come down from the European warrior class they used it to train the Knights. The pommel horse used to be bigger and was trainning for fast mounting of a war horse.
In the end physical power comes from spiritual power. As the more bio-electric power the more the muscles can contract. Hence in emergence situations people can do amazing feats of strenght they get a major dump of chemical eletrical power via the fight or flight.
I recommend Yogic asana's above all for this purpose. It works you on every level. And a person can develop the strenght and phyisque of a professional gymnastic as well. It works the body as a metaphysical creation, the best.

A very good and functional training is TRX band training. Its used too by the American military if 'm not wrong. A strong core and a body functionally trained are the best. Its funny to see big bulk guys with a weak core. Or weak joints. I was seeing most of the big guys were shaking like fish when they were into functional training. In fact this bulk was more of a weakness than a strength. Combining cardio, functional traning, 'chain traninh' and classic weightlifting, would definitely create the best out of you. HAIL SATAN!!!!!

Dons, right. All these guys you see that are ridiculously buff don't have much functionality. Its pretty much entirely aesthetic. I myself literally only do bench press, squat, deadlift and rows with a barbell. (training for power lifting). Which hit all the muscle groups. I quit doing bodybuilder type work out because the muscles aren't ment for isolation. Also make sure you do yoga to stay flexible. How fast you build muscle depends on so many variables. Hps Maxine has written on the topic as well so be sure to search the groups.

You would be better off doing pull ups off a proper bar then bicep curls. Convention weight lifting acts against the kinetic chain of the muscles. Your muscles work like a chain and this conventional training gives you several steel links then a lot of tin then a steel one then one tin. What happens when you pull on a chain. You're only as strong as your weakest link.

Machines are the worst of this. And only seem to have any value in rehab of a specific area.

When I worked out, I saw results within a month of consistently doing a routine. Probably something I should get back to doing though, because your physical shape is a reflection of your spiritual self, and vice/versa. Working out your physical body has so many benefits, such as curing drug/alcohol addictions.

As well as the basic power meditation routine, I am starting an exercise routine. I can't be of much use to Father if I am not in shape. I a putting this question out to those more experienced Satanists.
If I do these exercises:
5 sets of 15 press ups
5 sets of 10 dips
5 sets of 15 bicep curls
How long will it take for me to gain any noticeable muscle?
Thank you, all,
Sael.
