As well as the basic power meditation routine, I am starting an exercise routine. I can't be of much use to Father if I am not in shape. I a putting this question out to those more experienced Satanists.
If I do these exercises:5 sets of 15 press ups5 sets of 10 dips5 sets of 15 bicep curls
How long will it take for me to gain any noticeable muscle?
Thank you, all,Sael.

When I worked out, I saw results within a month of consistently doing a routine.  Probably something I should get back to doing though, because your physical shape is a reflection of your spiritual self, and vice/versa.  Working out your physical body has so many benefits, such as curing drug/alcohol addictions.

You would be better off doing pull ups off a proper bar then bicep curls. Convention weight lifting acts against the kinetic chain of the muscles. Your muscles work like a chain and this conventional training gives you  several steel links then a lot of tin then a steel one then one tin. What happens when you pull on a chain. You're only as strong as your weakest link.  Machines are the worst of this. And only seem to have any value in rehab of a specific area.

Dons, right. All these guys you see that are ridiculously buff don't have much functionality. Its pretty much entirely aesthetic. I myself literally only do bench press, squat, deadlift and rows with a barbell. (training for power lifting). Which hit all the muscle groups. I quit doing bodybuilder type work out because the muscles aren't ment for isolation. Also make sure you do yoga to stay flexible. How fast you build muscle depends on so many variables. Hps Maxine has written on the topic as well so be sure to search the groups.

A very good and functional training is TRX band training. Its used too by the American military if 'm not wrong. A strong core and a body functionally trained are the best. Its funny to see big bulk guys with a weak core. Or weak joints.

I was seeing most of the big guys were shaking like fish when they were into functional training. In fact this bulk was more of a weakness than a strength. Combining cardio, functional traning, 'chain traninh' and classic weightlifting, would definitely create the best out of you.

A person can have the physique one sees on the male model and strenght. You just need to adjust the kind of exercises.  Go back and look at any picture of the gym a century ago and before. And you will notice it looks like an old high school gym. The only equipment is the gymnastic horse, hanging rings, kettlebells and some club weights. For a reason this works in building superior power and physique.  Later around the later 50's and 60's fitness got turned into a industry$$$$. And thus today to keep a billion dollar industry going one needs to come up with a never ending series of gizmo's gadgets, trends and fads. It also was turned into a vainity club to help promote this.  People who are serious about physical culture on the otherhand are all going back to what was being used a century ago and before. For a reason it works. The original Western ideal of physical culture was a form of ascetism that develops a holistic being of mind, body and spirit. It was a key metaphysical ideal underlying the Fascist principals of Italy and other higher civilizations emerging in this period. It was a rebirth of the classic age of Hellenic thinking on the subject. If a person is into weight lifting or wants to pursue this for real. I suggest one thing.....Kettlebells. Also for general strenght conditioning as well. For martial arts to general sports. Excellent. Body weight exercises of gymnastics as well. The pommel horse and gymnastics come down from the European warrior class they used it to train the Knights. The pommel horse used to be bigger and was trainning for fast mounting of a war horse. In the end physical power comes from spiritual power. As the more bio-electric power the more the muscles can contract. Hence in emergence situations people can do amazing feats of strenght they get a major dump of chemical eletrical power via the fight or flight. I recommend Yogic asana's above all for this purpose. It works you on every level. And a person can develop the strenght and phyisque of a professional gymnastic as well. It works the body as a  metaphysical creation, the best.

Shannon posted the vid of the person who regenerated himself using the asana's. And no longer needed the walkers and disabled scooter. And could walk and run fine. Dr. Theos Benard wrote a book identical to this story back in the 30's. The asana's are also being used as physical therapy systems in some places.

If a person is into weight lifting or wants to pursue this for real. I suggest one thing.....Kettlebells. Also for general strenght conditioning as well. For martial arts to general sports. Excellent. Body weight exercises of gymnastics as well.

Asana's are designed to open the channels, thus energize the chakra's/Nadi's and create a greater transformative conductivity in the person, and keep the power flowing proper. If a person looks in the more intact Hatha systems from Tibet which where carried up there from N.India before the Islamic invasions.  You will find their major purpose is also to volt the centeral channel in the spine to raise the power. There are specifc exercises to be done after a asana set that involve pranayama, banda, dyana, mundra, mantra the body is the yantra and this gets into Maithuna. Because this system is based on the authentic 8 fold path. And was from the Vedic school of Raja Yoga [which has been corrupted into RHP]. This is left out of the so called Hatha systems in the West. For reason I have wrote about in other places.

If you want to lift weights, make sure that your workout consists of the compound lifts, like Sven pointed out - they work many muscle groups and strengthen large portions of your body. Make sure you do overhead press, bench press, deadlift, squats, rows and some chinups/pullups (NOT in the same workout tho). Create a program after researching for a bit, or follow one that's already out there.

There are different programs that suggest different things, but since I, myself don't do weights (I do calisthenics) I can't recommend you one to start off with. In general, for a beginner with little previous experience, it's ok to work out 3 days a week with a day of rest between each of them.

Isolations, like Don pointed out,are good mainly for recovery or if some of your muscles are a lot weaker than others, due to improper previous training. They are bad for acquiring actual muscle.

Good aesthetics are obtained by having a well developed body all round, so machines fail at that, unless you want to do machines for hours every workout. Also, remember that your muscles grow when you rest, not when you work out.

The other VERY important thing that you want to research if you wish to exercise is nutrition. You also want to eat more than you ate when you did not work out, since you will be spending more energy and you want to actually build muscle, not just burn through your body.
In general you want to eat at about 300-500 cal surplus. If you are way too sore between workouts, consider upping your calorie intake.
Also, supplements are not worth it, unless you are training for a professional bodybuilding competitions.

Make sure to do your research on working out & nutrition and that you don't fall for the fad programs and diets. Stay away from information that states things like "big abs", "bluff", "tone", "quick results", "instant results" and the like. Generally, serious information sources will use correct terms and stay away from fad words.

When you start working out after some time of low physical activity you will notice some gains in both strenght and muscle size pretty quickly (about a month or so) these are called "noob gains" by fitness communities. These noob gains are good thing to start with but you will not keep getting results as fast after that. Don't get discouraged once you stop getting noob gains and progress becomes slower and harder, we've all been there !

Bodyweight routines ( aka calisthenics) are a bit different than weight training and progress is slower to come, since you can up the difficulty easier there. You can keep adding as light as 1lb plates to increase difficulty very slowly but there are only a few variations of each bodyweight exercise to increase it's difficulty.

When working with weights you also afford to go closer to failure, that is if you have a spotter and/or know what you are doing since you can easily let the bar go in the correct way and you will be fine. If you however go to failure doing advanced bw exercises, there is a high chance that you will actually end up injuring yourself.

From my experience, improving your body is much like improving your soul - power comes with time, after properly exercising and taking care of it. So do take your time, do your research, set your goals and go at it !

English is not my native language, so please do excuse my mistakes.

As a serious Athletic Person who has been trained by serveral differnt professionals. Who has gained 60 Pounds of Muscle in Three Months.   I agree with everything Don has said here.   Bench Press and all of that is unnatural and Produces a Blood Pump. Also you get Fat. You have to try to Trim down the Fat. You gas out to quick. You have no real strength or endurance.    It really hurts and tears down your body.    Kettle Bells are excelent. That is a russian work out. Along with the Russian sit ups called a Janda situp, Pronounce Yanda. Are amazing at building strength and power.    That along with the Warrior Wheel Exercise with build your abs, depending on where your at, As hard as steel within a couple months!     You get very fast Results with these exercises.    Situps and Pushups, Body exercises. Look at what they make the Marines and Army do.   Look at Nazi Germany, They were always doing body exercises.   Ofcourse Weights can be implimented in things.    Power of ten, The list goes on and on. The Point is you do things that work your whole body out naturally.    I would rather be thin and light. Able to run and hit and move all over the place, versus being big and having half the strength. Hardly able to Move.    I know guys who are 5 times as big as me and im 5 times as strong as they are.

Do the runes (any at all) have to be vibrated at any certain pitch (or note)? If not, would it have any effect on the rune if you did vibrate it on a specific note, or notes? In other words, do you think I can vibrate a rune, Thoth for example.... th-th-th-th-(at 'e' note tone) oh-oh-oh-oh-(at 'f 'note tone) th-th-th-th (back to 'e')?
