enemyofjezzuz you are right on the account of real flames do work better and are best.
they say electric can work and for all i know may for some people
but
whenever i use that kind i dont get shit for results even.
i know im still a noob at all this but even i can say the real flame is better
now if you have a place away from your current dwelling you can store things as well as do stuff then that may help

i am not sure if clean and sober houses are like rehab
are there staff at those places that search your things like a rehab place does???
heck if knew you could bury or shred it i would have done that instead of the route i went in the adult family home i used to live in. problem wher i used to live in in that house technically is that the way it works is you kinda pay rent every month but technically its somebody else's house so you cant really do much.

i do not see a problem with cutting yourself personally although if you are worried the people there would report you to lord only knows who then yeah real cutting could be an issue there.
although keep in mind if its dedication or an other ritual that requires candle, incense, or paper burning i think you may want to consider creating an astral temple or just overall doing whatever you gotta do outside. and if necessary as late at night as possible. unless of course they have like rehab they have a rule that says residents must sleep at a certain time of night.
if you tell me more about the rules of the place of where you live and more overall about he place you live i can try to answer some questions a bit better for you.

You will need to open a window to reduce the amount of smoke that accumulates in the room, or remove the battery from the alarm until the smoke is gone. Why they ban metal burning bowls is beyond me, unless the kikes really don't want anyone doing anything. Metal burning bowls are the safest, and unless you are reckless, they are almost perfectly safe to do your paper burning. I would rather that than a glass (which can shatter) or plastic (which can melt and/or catch fire). If you are worried about the cutting yourself, you might need to do a fake cut. This is when you symbolically pretend to jab or cut yourself, usually letting red ink symbolize blood. Besides drug rehab, one might need to do this if they are too scared of cutting themselves but do not want to let that stop them from doing a ritual, or if you have a medical condition that makes such a cut more dangerous. With a simple dedication, that might be good enough--I might be more wary in the case where you are doing powerful destruction rituals, such as a kike destruction where the blood is more necessary. As for what to use for candles, the real flame is best for flame meditation. You can get LED candles that are almost perfectly safe (you need to really try to abuse one of those things, shorting out the battery, to start a fire with one). But you are not getting the focused light that gives you the sharp after-image. Also, you will need to bury or shred your paper in lieu of burning it. As I often mention, the worst thing you can do is use those fucking kike sabbath candles because I believe some of them have been "blessed(??)" by a rabbi and can work against your rituals. (Some might also view using a kike sabbath candle as an insult to the Demons.) Just try the best you can with what you have to work with. If your roommates are all kikes, you are going to have a miserable time because there are kikes that can sense you are doing something for Father Satan. You can do a nice surprise Yom Kippur war by doing a destruction ritual on Yom Kippur (coming up September 25 after sundown) while they are at the synagogue. You can project a grey aura around your kike mates, while using white-gold for yourself. Just do what you can and send those scumbags as much bad luck and negative energy for their destruction.

i was told for flame meditation an electric candle is fine. i know cuz i asked a question on flame meditation here once and got a reply to it and thats what it said on that as i was not sure about the new rules where i would end up when i was kicked out of my previous residence the adult family home i used to live in.
that btw was cuz the damn smoke detector went off as i was burning the paper for my dedication. Â i was lucky as even though it went off i was able to say hail satan at the end of it before the people rushed down to the room i was staying at the time to bitch and complain.

where i at now i can light candles and incense in one of the bathrooms of the house or the outside backyard at night if the weather is good.

an electric candle i do not think they should have a rule against as it is flameless. Â no flame included. Â you would only need batteries. this ind of candle should be allowed as thats kind of the same concept as having like say a flashlight in the house. they would have to allow that too.
silver or stainless steel cups or bowls i do not see why there would be a rule against that.
an alter now thats a tough one on me
first step id say is find an area you would want to put and store whatever item and/or flat surface u wanna use as an alter.
if u had say a cutting board, a flat and long enough and wide and big enough piece of cardboard like from a box  (which may work as i am reccomending an electric candle here), or if like say they your dresser drawer comes out easily you could use that and draw fathers sigil on it even if you want.

Recently I was made aware of how drugs are damaging to the aura and the soul...I've been using weed herbal incence and methamphetamine for a good portion of my life 13 to 23. I have moved cities recently gotten out of rehab now living in a sober living house, here's were the problems start both of my roomates are Jews! I'm finding it hard to get any alone time were aren't allowed candles of any kind because of fear that we will burn the facility down...weapons either...i need to make an altar. How can I do this without a candle flame meditation is difficult I use a lighter its all I have. I am looking to advance vibrations are nearly impossible to do without bringing unwanted attention to myself..I'm seriously fucked wtf can i do
