Do we keep our bioelectricity when we are reincarnated?

I haven't done the initiation ritual yet, I am going too but for now i'm just trying to find as much info as I possibly can. I couldn't find any information about this at all, after we die and are reincarnated, do we keep our bioelectricity from our former selves; I read that we cannot 'evolve' or heighten our bioelectricity once we are spirits, so what happens to it when we come back to earth?

Unfortunatly reincarnation is a start over. However, what work we have previously done in past lives get imprinted onto our soul. This explain why some people are simply natural when it comes to empowering the soul, and others may struggle at first.

Say I mastered Pyrokinesis in a past life, this life I would pick it up quite easily again.

So whilst your bioelectricity is somewhat 'reset', what work you do in this life, will be imprinted on your soul, and will be easier the next time round.
