do both sides of our body have to feel numb when were in a trance?

does half of the body have to feel numb or do the two sides of our body have to feel numb at the same time when going into a trance?i really don't know how to start off in a trance.

Both sides, your whole body should ideally go numb. If only one side is just going numb, all it means is you need to train you're mind for a trance. You're body, in time, will fully become numb.
