Did I got hexed/jinxed?

Last thursday, my amulet dissapeared, I was feeling extremely hot and strange just the hour before, I keep scratching my skin as I was unable to focus. The day after, I saw a transparent energy passing above me after a thing got thrown at me from the top of a toilet stall when there's no one outside my door since the school bell already hung. The Saturday after, my cat has gone missing (we found him now) but there's no clear evidence of how he got away, there were no scratches and sounds, the doors and windows are secured too.

I also felt less anxious after my amulet dissapeared? What does amulet (in this situation, a Crystal) mean? A say is that the Crystal served it's purpose?
Did someone tried to do harm to me?
