Okay, I need some expertise or advise!
I've meditated about over a half year now, which is (mostly) yogic breath, sithali, a little sitkari and Sun and moon. I start with AC, EZ and then quit with AP. Well, not so much the chakras, but I have meditated on them as well, but I am going to do it every day now.
I do it 3 times a day, and 5x on them all per session.
Recently, I found this new meditation, I am not sure if I should mention it here, but I added this meditation in my daily now, I could feel its power the very first time, and it gets more powerful of each session, some of you may know what I am talking about, as you should only do 2-3 breaths. The thing is, my energies has increased diligently, but I notice things are happening inside my body, like organs moving, sudden energy burst, and slight pain here and there.
Now, I have this pain from the base of my spine, and it makes it hard to sit normal, walk sometimes, even standing still. One day I got this shocking bolt of pain sensation up my back, seemed like it came from the organs as well as the base of my spine.
I know this meditation is of the extreme, and changes the body very fast, but when the pain comes at its worst, it is only like for 3-4 seconds. It is bearable, but still very uncomfortable...So what should I do? Quit this meditation? Or continue?

Any strong meditation will produce transformative effects like you have described. It's up to you whether or not you continue, it's entirely your call. But noone ever got anywhere without a little discomfort and pain. HAIL SATAN!
