creating an elemental,fire

i have beeen able to sense fire,so now ive to learn to direct it to my solar plexus?

to get back at the stupid masonic principal who who aint gonna fall with my usual hexes n curses,have to thinnk big )8)-=

tried to rape my ex fren mother,so u get y im pissed off,even though im n shehe in a fight,i still stupidly cared(T-T) n got more pissed when i know hes a mason n hes people counter attacked almost all my spell(well the one that caused the whole school electricity to go off worked) from mere justice to personal vendetta against a free mason lodge

and failed.

for making an elemental u don't need to direct the fire to u're plexus-just build up the fire amount and follow the jos instructions for elemental creating. u put the fire inside u to build up heat tolerance or balance out u're soul.

i just invoke the fire element at least once a week,the circulating energy meditation HELPS A LOT!BY TIS MEDITATION THAT I ABLE TO TRUELY SENSE N CONTROL ENERGY,but i start with chi n ssince i didnt able to move fire as quick as my chi n not sure i could go beyond psionic thughtforms,i believe u should able to sense ur own energyy b4 moving to the elements
