Chills when meditating

In my opinion this is normal.  Sometimes I will feel a tingly sensation, not necessarily chills, but everyone is different.  As your physical body adapts over time of doing the meditations this symptom, or feeling, should go away or not bother you as much.

I forget where on the jos site it mentions it but I think it's in one of the meditation topics that says that tingling and other feelings may occasionally occur
So
I can say that whatever you are feeling I'm sure is normal

This is normal. Eventually the tingle will extend from your spine to your skin. Then it will extend to outside your body. Then just focusing on your chakras will lead to extreme feelings of bliss and ecstasy.

I could say that I'm experiencing something similar but I've no problem with getting tingling/chills (also very strong if I want to, leading to uncontrollable shaking).
The thing is, I can't feel anything "inside". All the sensations happen on skin only, no matter the concentration etc.
Also, often, some time after the meditation, I feel an intense cold, as if it was inside of me and I do feel cold (even though my skin is warm) and shake wildly as if I was thrown naked into the ice cold water. I just can't controll it and have to wait it out.

I guess that only shows that every single one of us is different and first, we have to explore ourselves.
So cheers and don't let it bother you.

Hail Satan and all the true Gods!
Hail Gods of War!
