Breathing exercises can also be replaced with smoking. Its good to try that. Whenever you wanna smok,e do like 6 rounds of breathing.

I found smoking made me aware of just how much toxic stew was in fast food. I was amazed at the reality I was craving certian fast foods much stronger then a cigarette. Which is a statement as over 40% of a weight of a cigarette is the 4000 chemicals its made with.
Â
The most strange but awaking experience I had was after eating at one fast food chain after being on a greens loaded diet for several weeks. I literallly was stumbling home and felt in a state almost identical to a drunken stupor. As the sheer amount of harmful toxic acid in the food removes the postive charge from the outside of the red blood cells causing them to clump together and slowing the blood flow down to the brain which is the same effect alcohol has. The booze buzz is nothing more then lack of oxygen to the brain.

Best site I have seen which highlights the reality of fast food:

After 20 years a MacDonalds hamburger has not decayed one day, its literally embalmed in the processing plant to keep it from decaying so they make more money from least throw away from expiry dates.

For me smoking cigarettes was more of a mental thing. I knew the cravings were gone because I began to hate the smell and taste of them. But for some reason I kept smoking them. I eventually just started getting sick to my stomach and bad headaches. So I used that as my reason to stop.Â
Might I add that around that time I was doing some serious meditating and I can accredit that to helping me purify my body. The way I see it, the more I meditated and made myself stronger, the more I was able to control my body and the cravings until they disappeared altogether.

All harmful chemicals negatively affect meditation, and cigarettes are full of them. Also, smoking damages your aura.
