Astrology can predict someone's death. Though, I am not able to see this as it's very complicated and depends also on planets of people around you. Like in case, a daughter has in her planets a mother to die soon in life, well this can manifest in a way.
My personal opinion is that Astrology gives multiple opportunities in one's life to die.
I try to talk mostly about my direct experience, as I am not your anymore, rather than just wondering things. Indeed, I am barely dead once. Iin retrospection (I could not see that as a forecast) this event was very evident in my planets, very odd and strange aspects happened. But I am writing this post so I did not die, as planets give opportunities rather then certain event.
If you caregivers are abusive, well, first of all I feel a deep empathy and I am sorry for you. You just... don't deserve this.
You can report to the authorities and let them be punished. Is that an option for you?
Otherwise, the best solution is asking the Gods. They will enact justice or help you to break free, or punish them. The Gods are very strong on justice in general, even if, in some cases this may require time and efforts. That will heal your wounds, too.
If you don't have any chance, your situation seem very serious.
