so when it comes to working out what are we satanists going for to best manipulate energy around the body.. what i do is weight training, yoga, and calisthenics.. 50 % weight training 25% yoga and 25% calisthenics.. i am 17 and weigh 167 and bench 260 as a max(trying to reach 300 by the end of this year) i squat 305 and incline 220.. when it comes to yoga i love hand stands! ive gotten up to about 2 minutes standing still and i do other various things.. and when it comes to calisthenics i do human flags and im learning how to do front hand springs! and back ones but those are hard... so what should i be going for? strength? being lean? being as flexible as possible? stamina? endurance? balance?.. or should i try to do all of those in a perfect equilibrium?

<td val[/IMG]I've been putting together a post about that (best programs and exercises to use for each of the things mentioned) the reason it's taken so long is because I've had to do quite a bit of research on top of the other matters I need to get done. My advise for you right now though is keep your yoga in your meditation sessions, and do WAYY more of it. It should be 50% yoga and 25% everything else. Spiritual matters are above everything else. Also never mix working out and meditation, these are to completely defrent things.
