So I heard that this music will help with meditations and put you in a trance and such, but I haven't tried it yet and I'm not sure about it either. So if any of you guys have heard of it before please let me know! Thank you.

I have no idea as to whether or not they actually work, just listen to some music and do it yourself.

Binaural beats are effective, from personal experience. However, avoid becoming overly dependent on it. Eventually one should learn to become independent from external stimulants and props.

(Sorry, this might take some researching to do) I was wondering wether binaural beats are allowed or not. They are pretty much just sound waves that stimulate certain parts of your brain/body but iv'e been listening to them while doing meditations. Thanks in advance.

Almost everything is "allowed"... Don't sacrifice animals, don't race mix and don't purposely serve the jews or their agendas. That's probably pretty much it. Maybe someone will remember something else.

Some have a different. Beat mixed in on the background and give you a headache.

I dont think theyre healthy to use actually.
