help i have a friend that is in jail and hes mad at the world so hes phsycicly taking it out on me i want to teach him a lesson he is a tyranical murdering phycopathic egomaniac and hes making life hard for me i cant cocentrate on meditation or my rtrs please help me curse him his name is steven phong nguyen born febuary 14 1989 i am not strong or educated enough and i am afraid i dont have the time my biggest concern is not being able to totally concentreate on my rtrs
