Awakening The Thymus Chakra

My feed back: This meditation is helping me to regulate my emotions, it's like my Emotional Intelligence has increased l, instead of quickly reacting to my emotions, I am able to process them and make rationale decisions.

After vibrations, it gives a good sense of inner peace and quiet and clear mind.

Did you start It at a specific Lunar phase and planetary hour? I want to include this in my schedule

No, I just did it without taking into account the planetary hour

I have a little question.
Is this chakra located to the front of the body (like the third eye and all the front extensions of the main chakras) or in the middle? From the picture, I assume to the front, but I want to make sure.

I started it with as little as 4 repetitions, and today I did it 10 reps (today was the third day. Trying to do it 2 times a week).

I still have great difficulty visualizing its color. A strong green comes to mind, but I think I'm being influenced by its close proximity to the heart chakra.

The second time I did it, I felt a little pain in that area. All the times I felt "annoyance" in that area (it reminds me when I had throat problems 😆). No pain! Just like a knot, a pressure. Nothing bad or overwhelming.

I forgot to mention that some time after the meditation (10 minutes after I'm done with it) I feel energy in the head. Today was a little stronger than the previous time. It is very pleasant to feel that. :)

Do you mean include it in 40 days program?
Nono, I finished that program One year ago. I'm talking about my current meditation program

It's in the middle, above the hearth chakra.

A few days after I performed this meditation with only 3 vibrations, I caught a virus for the first time in a couple years.

Activating this chakra has been wonderful. It showed me what I was doing wrong in my breathing and thus I have been having more energy and more patience as well.
I have been more direct in stretches and focusing on better posture in general as I used unconsciously have my shoulders and chest in as a defense mechanism type of deal.

Its not a night and day change as I do have a decent amount of room for improvement but the benefits have been obvious the more I pay attention and am aware.

Things can come up after opening up parts of the soul that have been dormant or closed off/dirty/"damaged" due to heavy trauma.

When these things are the case it is important to say the correct affirmations and to clean daily.

Not to put words in HPHC's mouth but I do believe this is why it's better to have experience in the ToZ meditations and this includes cleaning and purifying for some years.

This meditation is not suitable for beginners, but only for those who have already reached an intermediate or advanced level. Anyone can try it, but it is highly recommended to be well prepared before starting.
Overloading this chakra can lead to imbalances with opposite effects, such as a weakened immune system. Reduce the number of repetitions or stop, and resume this meditation later.

This information is going to be part of updates for the Temple of Zeus. A new section of some important secondary chakras will be on the ToZ meditations; I will post them all here before they go to the site. I am posting it here for reference. The 7 Chakra system is the core and basic, the extra secondary chakras are modulators and very important in their own smaller functions.

Activating the Thymus Chakra.

This is not for beginners, one must be in intermediary state when it comes to doing this Meditation, or advanced. It can be tested by all but it's highly recommended you have yourself really in order before you begin this meditation.

The Thymus Chakra is the natural extension of the heart chakra, intermediary between the Throat and Heart. The Thymus chakra and the Heart Chakra, together, does hold some of your memories from your past lives. These memories are not visual or auditory in nature, they are internal feelings. These run deep and they also affect emotionally in this lifetime. "The mind" is a logistical tool that is replaced after each lifetime, memories, impressions, emotions that are super-deep and past life allegiances, are seated except of the heart, in the Thymus chakra, which extends past the level of "lifetimes" which bring with them the issue of forgetfulness. A typical example here is that when there is strong love, even irrational, it is felt in the heart.

Awakening this chakra will have subtle effects; not explosive ones. The core function of it is to unite your heart (emotions, θυμοειδές) with your mind [Throat and upward]. This allows better inflow of information from the soul to the mind/body. Problems of non being able to moderate feelings, can be helped by activating this chakra. Lack of connection in these can create disconnection from higher understanding; one is rampantly uncontrolled in lesser or higher emotions without modulation. This won't do it alone, but it helps, as it serves as a seat of understanding. Activation can help in this end. It can help you articulate better your sense of inner compass in life. This chakra can help you understand what is truly acts of actual compassion and which are from egoistical needs [as it hovers in the middle of the two worlds]. It's a minor chakra.

When people are younger, or even children, the gland is more active and the same goes for the chakra itself. This is why in rare cases of past life remembrance, this can occur in childhood age and involuntarily.

Color: Green-Gold.

Meditation Notes:

Mantra: AMUN x10 times.
Visualization: Green Golden Turquoise light, brightening up this chakra, which sits like a powerful shinning stone.
Timeline: 1 or 2 times per week, for 10 weeks.
Shape: Circular ball of light, colors described above [can appear different per individual but along these colors above].
Affirmation: "My Thymus Chakra is now awakened and active. This happens in a positive and harmonious way for me. It's filled with light and fully functional, now and forever."
Warnings: Do NOT overdo this; this chakra is highly sensitive. Start your way from 3 reps and build all the way up to 30.

30 reps

The effects I experienced were very similar to those expected: improved circulation in the upper chakras and the emergence of memories, mainly in the form of emotions.

At first, I mainly felt a connection with the ear chakras and the psychic centers located in the tongue. In the following hours, I felt an improvement in circulation in all the upper chakras, and the emergence of memories was even more gradual, taking a few days.

On week 3, I think I'll update:

Since starting this meditation, at first, I found myself emotionally volatile—unnecessarily indignant, temperamental, and generally off-balance (this lasted about 4 days).

Afterward, I noticed that my reasoning ability, relative to an ethical dilemma I was having, originally focused more on logicality, with a misconceived self-righteousness of what was just, and then shifted to a more emotional and social impression that I had not taken into account (or refused to see). I re-evaluated the situation and made certain adjustments that I thought benefited the whole, not only myself.

In other words, I see that the Thymus is trying to balance my head and my heart, or Logos and Thumos.

Lastly, something less relatable but good to share: I have felt a psycho-spiritual re-connection/restoration at times (especially once very intensely), like a past (life?) unconscious force "settling" into me. Furthermore, I have noticed a certain self-restraint before sharing certain things that, although appear to help the whole, are more self-serving in the sense of looking "knowledgeable" (etc).

Note* Take it slow working your way up to 30. I am only at 15 on week 3 and the energy after imitated a sore throat until the next day.

Hail Zeus Satya!

Update on day 4 with 14 repetitions...

Since I was thinking that the Thymus chakra was located at the front of the body, today was the first day I visualized it in the middle (after AFODO's clarification), and I should have done less reps...

I had a lot of headache.
I didn't feel the pleasant sensation in my head although I did feel energy in the Thymus area.

Also, at some point, I saw lightning pointing at a single spot in the air (the lightning came from all directions and the background of what I saw was white), and then I felt this horrible feeling in my chest that's like a burning and palpitations (they aren't physical, but it feels that way).

I always assumed this is a blockage, but I never knew if it was the heart or the throat (HP Maxine had said, feeling a burning sensation in one chakra means that the one above it is blocked) but I've never managed to do anything with it because I always feel doubts and like I'm wasting my time, no matter if I do a meditation to help the throat or heart chakra.

That was today's experience.

It seems I too did too many reps on the 3rd day. 15 reps on this past Sunday.

Anxiety shot up and difficult to breathe deeply and slowly, while doing some fun physical activities on Monday. On Tuesday morning I woke up with a cold that got progressively worse thru the day. Its the worst I have felt in a while. I am feeling a bit better now, thankfully, but did have to take a benadryl which I hardly ever take.

Obviously I will be doing less reps on the 4th time doing this meditation.

Interestingly enough, when I focused on the pituitary gland last night, that helped me to start feeling better and calm as I meditated on it. Idk if that's connected to the issue or not but I thought I should add that part. Probably the first time I ever meditated in that gland so that could be the reason for the latter.
