after dedication help

ok i have finally dedicated myself =] Father Satan is my one and only God! anyways I was wondering what i should do next. because of the medications i am on meditations can be dangerous but i am thinking of trying some of the more calm ones. but what else. what should i do now? any ideas!?

What you should do? Basic Foundation Meditation. -- http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... ation.html And after that and a few other basic things, start with your Chakras. Just remember to go slowly and use common sense.
