I did the dedication years ago and I was a good member but then I left because of lack of enough understanding and experience and also unsatisfaction and upsetted with some members.

Now I understood that I did a mistake, now I understood more some things so now I want to be back. Should I do the dedication ritual again or not?

Welcome back.
It can happen, at times, to lose the way along the path, drifting away from oneself, but now you are here again. You do not need to redo the Dedication as it is permanent; moreover you have always been a Zevist. Losing the path does not prejudice you in itself. Have faith in your journey and in the Gods.

Don't beat yourself up on that - last year ToZ was still JoS, and there were some long-term trolls. Now? Those wretches are easily exposed and excreted. Genuine souls will stay, AAAND we have... Guardians! Also, dedicated members have an icon next to their name, which is also another factor which I love. Overall, what we have now is far superior to Yahoo! groups.

All right then, thanks.

Now I've noticed this - by 'dedicated' here I meant the most trustworthy. Ones whose opinion you can rely on, whose advice you can heed and easily follow. Such examples include Helleniser, Ol argedco luciftias, serpentwalker666, fuoco blu 666, among quite a few. Guardians have two letters in square brackets, eg. Arcadia [NG], SaqqaraNox [NG] to name a few. Overall, ToZ has changed much from the days of JoS.
