A question on past life regression

I know past life regression helps us to access some of our past lifes and to help us with hangups me may have brought into this life.


My question is would it be beneficial to helping someone access areas in this life that due to some unknown reason they have blocked out.



The reason I ask this is I have approximately 8 years of my life that I have absolutely no memory of at all not even minimal memory and I have what some would call a gut feeling that what ever I have blocked out it the barrier to my spiritual growth

Yes, the same technique can be used for this life, just alter the intention so you are accessing this life during those years.

Just be careful though. It could be from a bad... situation that happened. Or was it from an accident like a brain injury? And how old were you? I knew someone who had his early teen years blocked out after a soccer game accident. Make sure you are prepared for whatever rises. Maybe try starting a working before, using the rune Wunjo for example, to help with any bad things that you remember. I mean, if you find out that you were horribly molested, are you ready to deal with it? I'm citing this as an example so you can be prepared for whatever you find out.

Unless it was from an accident, then you might have nothing to worry about.

A part of the awakening of our souls and the finaly ascention of the Kundalini Serpent is the 'bringing back' of past problems.
All our problems from the past that we haven't faced and conqoured, that we have buried and tried to forget. These will come back and you will have to face them and come to temrs with them to reach a pure state of mind for the correct and safe ascention of the Serpent.

This is a defense mechanism in the human brain to avoid emotional trauma, this happens with rape victims and people who witness murders or some other unbearable act. You should take this very seriously as you may uncover aspects or events regarding yourself that could possible cause you distress; Another way of viewing the same situation is as an opportunity for personal growth, though it will likely be mentally and emotionally stressful.

thanks for the reply lydia and i will be careful as the point is i dont know why this area of my life is missing i jumped from 13 to 21 with nothing inbetween
