a question about going out of your body with your soul at will

I don't know the word in English about getting your soul at of your body so pardon my English.lately I read a topic that was a person experience about what I said. and it wasn't a kike thing or xianity or .... so I read it and he said we could do that at will and go many places with our soul.he said we all experienced those dreams when we knew we were sleeping and we could do things on our own in dream and become fully aware of it. so I had this experience when I was outa my body walking around my house talking to my parents but they couldn't see or here me and I did things as well (simply controlling my dream instead of dream controlling me.) this person said we could do it at will and gave instructions I couldn't do it from his sayings as I figured out it needs strong spirit and focus to do it and I am not there yet. he said also to focus intensely on middle of forehead and I noticed that's third eye. also the guy isn't Satanism and not aware but he was right and he said I went to many places at will seen many cities and also getting to other persons dream. its so cool but I want to here it from you . what do you say guys? can we do such a thing in when we are advanced?? has anyone done it? I am eager to do it is there any other ways or meditations for it ?

That person is talking about 2 different things. Being aware of your dreams and controlling them is called lucid dreaming. Getting out of your physical body and traveling to earthly or non-earthly places is called astral projection and there is a page about it on JoS.

Your thinking of astral projection . You would start with getting comfortable in a deep trace.Trance

It requires a lot of focus, you might also want to try to build an astral temple first.
