I will follow you through all the books and scrolls You guide me to I pursue you through all the lifetimes In which you were my patron god and friend. You remember me, And sought me out To rekindle the friendship we built over centuries. Friend of my heart, Why do I love you so? I will turn this trust and loyalty To do your will and work in this world. Together, we will reach everyone. Your influence and power Knows no ends. You, who are the most brilliant and strong Of all the gods, Are most loved and cherished By your devotees and students everywhere. The magnitude of your mastery The mysteries which you hold, Cradled in your palm As the greatest of secrets. You are the perfect enigma, A Sphinx with infinite riddles. You are inscrutable, endless, everlasting. My allegiance to you is enduring. My fondness for you is delightful. We share sentiments and quiet words late at night, Speaking of the things that were, are, Along with those that shall come to pass. I feel strong attachment to you, I adore your company Seeking to stay with you until the dawn, Philosophizing about our favorite topics. We stand in solidarity together. The rapport you give me is unshakable. Your understanding towards me, and all subjects Is unmatched. Your compassion, generosity and kindness To all your disciples and devotees are well-known. Your graciousness brings peace and comfort to all. May there be peace and friendship between us, Always, Now and forever. Hail Thoth!

Thank you both for reading! I appreciate it. :)
Here is another poem I wrote today:

Tehuti, II.
To look upon your face Is like beholding the beauty of the moon. Your eyes are like twin suns, Burning through all are lies and displeasure To you. Your strength is like a bull, All that stand in its path perish quickly Without a second thought Or breath. You wear no crown Even though you are a great Prince. Ornaments and jewelry Adorn and drape you, Accenting all that is perfect about you. My heart must be satisfied Even though it is full to bursting From my chest, With great love and affection for you. My trust in you builds daily. I am eager to hear your voice Bask in your presence, Be comforted in your company. Your hair is like sun-kissed wheat, Blowing gently in the wind That comes from all your pearlescent wings As you rise to the skies Through sheer joy and will alone. I come to sit at your feet, O Master, Eager to learn from you, Teacher of men, He-Who-Praises-Knowledge. Mankind is wiser because you walked the earth. Your teachings remain Which are gobbled up by your students Who are hungry little chicks. You feed men’s souls and minds With your endless and enlightening knowledge. There are your scriptures, Now in the form of books, Easily available to all who seek wisdom. Your friendliness puts all at ease, Your charisma charms everyone. My love for you Knows no bounds. I seek you in all the words you left behind in books. I pursue knowledge and wisdom, Which you are the glorification of. Hail Thoth!
