What can I do to fill the void left by the lack of maternal love?
(I'm a woman and that affected me a lot, today I can see it.)

Interesting I haven't though about this from a female's perspective, I have only heard this problem from males.
Other than help from the Gods, Goddesses in this case, I don't really know. But you can do the rituals of Goddesses and that should help, plus you can pray for guidance.

I would connect with Astarte, holy mother Demeter. Pour your heart out to her and ask for her help. Since you are a woman, you could try connecting with Lilith, but I know that Astarte is much more open to us as we are. I also did not recieve much of this in my life and she blessed me immensely with a connection that was very healing and nurturing and expansive for me.

Nothing can fill the absence of love and connection but love and connection.
