Hi everyone,
I’ve been browsing your site for a while, and I’m really curious about many things here.
However, I have a big concern. I’m 17 years old, and I have a mild double scoliosis and a moderate kyphosis. I also have a small dent or deformation on the left side of my chest.
I’m afraid this might affect my meditation… I’ve heard that in such cases, energy may not flow properly through the body.
What should I do?
I’m planning to start Hatha Yoga and do some stretching, but I’m not sure if my posture can improve over time.
I’m 1.80m tall and weigh 57 kg, and I also plan to go to the gym to gain some muscle mass.
Please give me some advice. 🙏

It´s not like you do a hatha set and boom your kundalini rises. I wish it would be like that 😂 . Just start slow and lock how it goes.

Greetings and welcome!

Do not go hard on yourself. Start slow and make small steps. Do the basic meditations on the main ToZ site and participate in Rituals on Vultustemplorum.org when you find the time.

I suggest eating more. In my opinion, you need to be ~70 kg to be healthy for your age and height. You can't build much muscle mass without eating much. For the time being, you can do other sports or martial arts.
