Health #77992 Health skin

It could also be a genetic factor but you can help yourself with specific daily facial cleansing products with hyaluronic acid, q10 and collagen that help with expression lines. I'm not very expert but this is what I feel like recommending. I believe there are also supplements that can stimulate collagen production, but I'll leave that advice to those who are more expert than me

Collagen is very important. My favorite is the Vital Proteins brand chocolate flavored collagen powder. Mix it with hot water or coffee and it tastes just like hot chocolate. It is a good amount of protein and it will mostly be used in your skin and your joints. All of these lines in the skin are mostly caused by not enough collagen.

I'm in my early 20s and I already have a lot of expression lines. I drink water, eat well and have already done the Venus square. How can I solve this?
I look at the others at my age and notice that is just me like this
To improve your skin, I recommend that you consume foods with a high collagen content, namely:

Bone broth, dishes with gelatin, eggs, fish, green leafy vegetables and others with collagen:

I'm not exactly sure what Collagen is best for skin, but Bovine Collagen is best for joints. Bovines are basically cows, so beef and veal. You make broth from the bones, as that's how the collagen becomes available. Much better than buying separate supplements.

My intuition that fish collagen is best for skin because many fish inherently have healthier skin.

Vegetables and fruit of course help with meeting other micronutrient goals that improve your skin.

I can see beans and pulses suggested here. One should remember that these need sprouting before they can be digested by humans. When unsprouted, they have an enzyme-blocker that prevent you from processing certain nutrients in them. That's what then leads to flatulence, as these undigested parts move into your intestines, rot, and part of them are expelled in the form of gas.

Obviously eggs are half of the real "bread and butter" for human beings (the other half being red meat).

The suggestions AristocraticDragon shared do an excellent job of showing that people need a healthy, whole, and complete diet to thrive. The overwhelming majority of problems people have can be solve physiologically by tuning your diet, sleep, and overall lifestyle.

  • Getting sunlight early in the morning when the Sun rises and before it sets, never when it is too strong. Zero sunlight also damages skin.
  • Silk, real silk not cheap nylon pretending to be silk, pillowcases. We spend 7–8 hours every day with our face in contact with our pillowcase. Silk pillowcase is beneficial for skin and hair.
  • Broth as already mentioned and lots of water as you already do.
  • Some skincare products do make a difference, scientifically proven. However, the majority of products on the market are useless. It goes like this: A study proves applying Vitamin C or A on the skin is good. Countless cheap low-quality or useless overpriced products with the wrong concentration or wrong kind of ingredient-in the wrong form of the ingredient appear. I'm just going to say that do not fall for the marketing and research well before buying anything.
Most importantly, genetics play a huge role. Do not obsess over it. As we advance in spirituality and magic, we will have more autonomy over these things.

Everything is good other than the suncream. Suncream is extremely toxic and is what causes skin cancer, sunlight is very good.

Getting adequate collagen is essential, but know that the skin is the last organ to receive the benefits from within. And that sucks if the body has other needs for it.

You want solutions to apply on your face as well. Previous posts have made good suggestions.

It is beneficial to get sunlight on your skin early in the day when the sun is just rising. If you make it a habit to go out without applying sunscreen when the sun is right overhead at noon, you will have wrinkles, sun spots and acne.

If you are wearing skin make-up, you should use it anyway. I use it even though I do not wear skin make-up and I strengthen my skin barrier.

Yes, it is chemical, but so are many things we use, the one I recommend is the healthiest, besides, it does not cause acne on any skin, it also moisturizes and improves the skin barrier (I have tried many sunscreens). But I understand those who do not want to use it<3

To avoid getting burned by the sun you can build up a tan by sunbathing in the early morning or late afternoon when it's not so hot, then you will have no problem with it in the afternoon.

Healthier than sunscream which is proven to be filled with extremely toxic chemicals which are known for skin cancer.
