Which workings can help me improve my musical skills and hand dexterity? I've thought about Mercury and Venus squares, but my natal Mercury is in a difficult place (12H Cancer, conjunct ASC and Sirius and tightly opposed to Neptune and Uranus) which manifested in childhood motor and dexterity issues (and others like propension to paranoia), not sure if a square could make it worse.

No square does make anything worse, aside from saturn square, while you do it maybe.

Make sure to put in the effort. Also in regards to hand dexterity, look out for piano stretching, cardistry stretching..mudra warmups..

From the spiritual side, deep cleaning of your middle chakra and hand chakras will help you with motor control and dexterity issues. Deep cleaning of your throat chakra and sacral chakra can help with musical ability.

Fuchs is also right about squares. Additionally, Jupiter and Sun squares can also smooth hard aspects and difficult placements. You'd use the spiritual version of the squares in that case, and you're in luck because you can do 7 Jupiter squares back to back if you start this Thursday.
