I've read several articles by the Ministry about it, but I'm still quite confused about Satan and Baalzebul merging into Zeus. How can that be that two brothers are suddenly a single being? Rather feels like Baalzebul has "absorbed" Satan/Enki because Baalzebul has been known as Zeus for quite some time already. Feels uneasy for me to somehow "disregard" the God I dedicated to in the first place.

As already stated, Satan and Beelzebub are the same entity; more specifically, these two are different aspects of a single entity. Beelzebub represents the concrete, the created universe, while Satan represents the abstract, the uncreated universe, the more spiritual side.
The fact that they were called brothers is just an allegory, nothing more.
Furthermore, since they are the same entity, it makes no difference whether you call him Satan or Beelzebub or Shiva or Vishnu, etc.

Gods reveal things at the right time. The revelation that Satanas and Baalzebul are the same God does not contradict the old knowledge. It was just that this knowledge had to be revealed at the right time. Before we became the Temple of Zeus, we had to remove the enemy curses as the Joy of Satan because the Abrahamic religions call our Head God "Satan". And this (calling our Temple "Joy of Satan") was a need to know who our enemies are. Therefore, the revelation that Zeus is both Baalzebul and Satan had to come after this. You can read the posts by Clergy about this.
