For example, doing abs for 40 days in a row 108 times a day and vibrating the square of Mars or even without magic, will it have an effect more than just doing it as usual?Or here is another example of running for 40 days for 5 km a day, will it affect the soul? I mean exactly the same incredible effect that everyone says, but no one brags about it, what the meaning is, I don't quite understand. As far as I understand, this creates a program for directing the energy of the soul on a permanent basis in the chosen direction? Can we say that people with a high level of energy control do not need it?

The number 40 is a sealing number. Doing sit-ups for 40 days will not give you abs permanently.

As much as numbers are also connected with the physical plan, the body, training and muscles have their own “rules” to follow, and doing 108 repetitions, with some exercises can be dangerous and lead to injury.

Doing 108 repetition of an exercise is unnecessary. Sure, it can build some stamina, but there's better ways to do that. Many people obsess over high reps when they should be switching to a more difficult variation of the exercise. Most abs exercises people do are very basic and become useless for building strength and power after a certain milestone is achieved. You never need more than 15. Example of very basic abs exercises:

  • Sit-ups
  • Crunches
  • Forearm plank
  • Plank
  • Side plank
  • Hanging knee raises
  • Hanging leg raises
  • Hollow hold
  • Hollow rocks

Increase leverage, not repetitions.

Abs are also worked in exercises like loaded carries and everything where the abs are used for stabilising. Gymnastics skills on every apparatus will work your abs much better than any basic exercise, for example, and better than any lifts in the gym. Intermediate strength exercises like front levers, back levers, side levers, manna, etc also build foundational ab strength, but can take years to achieve for some people.

As you've been told, rules for building spiritual power and rules for building physical traits can be different. Numbers in particular are different. Life is not one-punch man, anime isekai, or Korean manhwas.

A Mars square definitely helps direct energies consciously toward physical strength and power goals, while Sun squares can be help with vitality and stamina, Saturn squares (to use with caution) can help with endurance and stability, Mercury squares can help with speed, agility, and coordination.

Colour breathing can also help. Red, orange, yellow, green... programmed and directed of course.

Spending a few minutes after a work meditating on the muscles you used can also help. Self-hypnosis helps. Meditating on hormones like testosterone, androsterone, hgh, dht, etc. also helps make sure they're used for useful things like strength, deeper voice in males, and quality gains (i.e. personality traits) rather than being misdirected into useless things like body hair growth, baldness, or excessive sexual activity.
