I think I need help with executing Justice on behalf of my dead father.
Many years ago, my grandpa decided to cut off my dad from inheritance with some poor ass excuses, or at least reasons that were never clarified on his part.
My aunts took all his money from his bank and they later refuse to tell my dad what even is the bank my grandpa went to. Then later promised some money to him but it turned out to be a lie, or if he "gave" some money, he would later find some other way to have them back, even behind his son's back, apparently.
Fastforward, my dad died and after my dad, my grandpa too and I, his grandaughter are one of the inheritors.
Now my aunt wants to justify the whole cutting off and taking the money from the bank by framing me and my mom as the bad guys that "mistreated" my grandpa, in front of the whole family, even at the funeral.
I know my grandpa (supposedly authentically, but not sure since grandpa was mentally ill for old age for quite some time, they claim) has left a testament in which he cut off my father.
What do I do? I'm inexperienced and my aunt is a fucking lawyer herself. How do I defend us and my dead father?
