Rather than “going back to the past,” I’m wondering if it is possible to uncover the truth behind a past event and identify the person—or entity—responsible for it through a dream.

What I experienced might serve as an example of this. When I was a child, I went through a paranormal incident that deeply affected me. Years later, I felt the need to understand why it had happened and what was behind it. To find answers, I turned to dreams. During the dream, I was conscious and in control—I could guide myself and remain aware.

Through that dream, I discovered the reason behind the event and which entity had caused it. Although I had previously communicated with entities—both through dreams and other means—this was the first time I had used a dream to uncover the hidden truth behind a real, lived experience from my past.

At first, I wondered if it was simply a trauma resurfacing from my subconscious, since the original event occurred during childhood. But the fact that I maintained control during the dream, didn't surrender to fear, and could consciously navigate it led me to believe that it wasn’t just a projection of the unconscious—it was a psychic revelation.
