Hello. Ever since I got serious on the Path, I have been experiencing sleep paralysis every time I wake up from a dream. Maybe not all the time, but it happens very often, three or four times a week. What exactly could this be caused by? Is it a sign of psychic attack? I would like to know the problem and be able to take precautions.

Increase your Aura of Protection, and clean your chakras. You can vibrate the Sanskrit word for happiness, Sananda, to cultivate a positive environment for you. For protection, you might work with the rune Algiz to help banish negative energies. In addition, visualizing a white-gold line or border around your doorstep, windows, and other entry points can serve as a barrier, which will help keeping unwanted entities or influences away.

I suggest you clean your aura and meditate more to reduce stress, which is one of the primary causes. It could also be because of alcohol and other substances.
Thank you for suggestions :) I have never used alcohol or other substances in my life and I don't think I ever will.

Then I'm being psychically attacked... Thank you for raising awareness.

On the other hand, having sleep paralysis so often is a fantastic opportunity to work on things like astral projection, lucid dreaming, dreamwalking, and so on

It's not something necessarily negative to have this. Many people don't get similar opportunities so easily.

How can I educate myself? I usually get scared when this happens, and I want to shout. I used to be stiff, now I think my mind creates the illusion that I am screaming to relieve myself. In reality there is no sound and I am aware that it is in my head but I am still screaming with all my might... I apologize if I am going into unnecessary detail. And it takes a very short time. Twelve seconds tops, a few seconds if I call my Guardian Daemon. Maybe if I am not afraid I can maintain that state or I can ask my GD for help to be able to work on these things.

I realized that this only happens when I sleep in the dark, and when I go to bed early. I am studying psychology, one of my classmates told me that she experienced a similar situation during her pregnancy and that it was a neurological problem. She took medication and passed. I didn't give it credence, but could it really be a mental problem? English is not my first language, sorry if I am using the wrong terms.

I am not stressed in daily life. Everything was going normally until this started to happen. Then I was afraid of sleeping at night and started to sleep when it was light, and my sleep pattern was completely turned upside down and that lasted for 1 year. This situation, which was rarely experienced before, repeats so often now, after that 1 year. When I woke up it's usually 3am. If I go to bed around 10 or 11pm, it definitely happens. And this has been the case for another 1 year now, with this intense frequency.
