For the first time in over a decade, managed to stay off drug addiction thanks to JoS.

But oh man, the withdrawal symptoms are killing me.

What can I do for relief, magick/meditation wise?

I use this method for (food) addiction (and it is working very well):

Black is great for Void meditation. You don't even have to invoke it, just visualize it all around you like nothing else exists, you're in a black void, and do void meditation. This is very calming for the mind.

Since I need it not only to meditate on the void, but since I want the shining black energy I put around my soul to give me self-control by blocking my addiction, I add an affirmation to this. I swear it works beautifully. After a while, despite the meditation in question, the addiction returns, but the self-control remains longer, at least until the stimulus passes on its own. And you can do it for several times during the day anyway, whenever you feel it necessary.

In addition to the links posted above, keep doing the foundation meditation, breathing energy into your entire body. Have it white-gold like the sun, you can experiment with other colors as you gain experience.

Yoga will help, as it frees up stagnant energy and will help you feel more relaxed and energized. It will take time for you to heal, but you definitely will heal. Stay strong, and keep us updated as you progress

Thx for both responses. A problem is I can't breathe in energy from my nose or into my brain when this happen's. Maybe because of brain changes happening, but it feel's like electrical burning and is quite painful during those moment's to breathe. My neurotransmitters i think.

I will try to imagine absorbing colour without breathing and see if it work's. Will mouth breathing work? Thank u.

Yes, absorb light into you. As you breathe with your mouth, see it as your entire body breathing in the energy, like a sponge.
