What do I place in the altar when I pray to Father Satan ?

You can put his sigil there to focus on it, when you pray to Satan focus on his sigil, you can also just visualize it if you can.

But you don't have to put anything on your altar in order to be able to pray to him. If you want to be formal and respectful, than shower before it, and spiritually clean yourself.
