Im currently in the beginning stages of Hooded Cobras 40 day program. My question is that if I feel i need more time with the beginning mediations such as Aura cleaning, protection and void meditation, should I keep continue doing them alone or should I continue into yogic breathing and chakra spinning along with the beginning?
 
Hello. :)Aura cleaning, protection and void meditation are things that one should do daily, at least twice a day (mostly cleaning and protection) so I do not believe there's a reason to not continue the 40 days program.If you believe that you really need to work more with cleaning, protection and void then try to do these meditations more than once-twice a day. Try doing them on the bus as well (at least void meditation) or when you wait in line in a bank or something. Even if you don't have enough free time there are many instances you could perform these meditations even when you're outside.
I believe aura cleaning, protection and void are three things that one should do for the rest of their lives (as well as empowering chakras, aura etc etc etc). Even after we raise our Kundalini and reach Godhood, certain meditations are needed even then.

Go to the 'files' section of the group it should be under 'KUNDALINI & HATHA YOGA ROUTINE' i can't send you the link because yahoo sucks but yeah it should be there.

i have heard of a few people talking about the 40 day program but i am completely confused as to what it is can anyone maybe give me a hint? i suspect its a meditation program but i do not know where to find one that has not been corrupted by the xians  Hail Satan
 
For some reason my phone keeps trying to download the PDF so I can't send the link it keeps directing me away but it should cone up if you just google joy of Satan 40 days program
