I understand this point, however... Well, I'm a woman, and the truth is, I've always wanted to get into martial arts and/or boxing for as long as I can remember. Now I'm being given the opportunity to do so, and it's on the table.

But with this post, I'm doubting it...

I'm very interested in those masculine topics and I haven't had a problem with it.

No reason to doubt. Do it. If I had daughters I would want them to be able to take care of themselves. Doing martial things like exercise and martial arts is different from being in a war and threat seeking mindset all the time which I believe is what the HPS was warning about.

@Yeye95 BJJ is not as physically taxing as other MA and it's effective even if you're a woman or a weaker person, as it doesn't require bulking up/becoming too masculine. You can also try Taekwondo, as the slickness and flexibility aspects of it are woman-friendly, even though it's not as realistic as the more intense fighting styles,

Yet on the point of the main message, BJJ is also popular among men (grappling was practiced in Ancient Greece among men). Muay Thai and Kickboxing are also male-friendly as it combines boxing with kicking, kneeling etc., making those very intense/Mars-Oriented Martial Arts,

@Yeye95 If you want to, then definitely do it. A lot of people of both genders love it, and a lot of people both genders don't. It's individual. Exercise is important, and people should do the one they find most enjoyable and beneficial :)
