I started drinking raw milk today.

What a wonderful taste, I'll never drink pasteurized milk again.
Do you have a strong-enough immune system to fight-off the e.coli, listeria, salmonella, etc.?

I am fortunate to have a source of fresh, home-made milk from a person who takes care of his cattle. My mom cooks it, and it usually takes me two or three days to drink, otherwise it spoils. I do not remember the last time I drank the carton milk you get from stores, which is just milk and powder with minimal nutritional value.

Milk is very important for calcium, fat and proteins.

It's amazing, isn't it?
Pasteurization destroys all the good bacterias and nutrients and makes it taste like thin water.

Cooking it is pasteurization, which removes all benefits. And raw milk doesn't spoil it ferments and becomes kefir, even more healthy

Before drinking raw milk I always nip it to taste test, there is always a chance the udders haven't been cleaned properly (you will know when this has happened, its got a quite a... distinct taste to it). I've never been sick from drinking it so most of us should be A oke.

I remember when I first came to America from Europe, the first and most distinct difference I sensed was the watered down milk. It was stripped of all the good bacteria needed for the human body. It is a great idea to drink pure raw milk. Real milk will mold, watered down milk will only spoil.

Ehhh i don't know guys... Always been wary and have no access to it to get any. Maybe one day I'll move my family to Europe and try some Raw Milk. If I can handle it, properly anyone can. 😂

Why would it remove ALL the benefits? Maybe it removes some. You make it sound like boiling milk is a sin.
It removes healthy bacteria and minerals and makes it be nutritionless. Think of vegetables. If you cook them too long they don't have any vitamins, etc., left in them.

Honestly the majority of health problems that most people have now, from inflamation, weak immune system, and everything else, is mostly because of having the wrong types of bacterias in our intestines. Why probiotics are so important. But a probiotic pill does not work well enough because much of it is destroyed in the stomach, and even they do not have a full balance of all of the different bacterias that we need. I imagine raw milk from a perfectly healthy cow would help a lot to introduce the probiotics that we are missing.
