The feeling of energy meditation?

When I do energy meditation, my skin all over my body becomes very cold, very cold, is this the feeling of energy?

Each of us feels energy differently, so this is relatively subjective.

Many experience it as a buzzing right above the skin, others as warmth, still others as a kind of goose bumps, but I have never heard this extreme cold feeling. It may be but in my opinion it is improbable.

The flame meditation described on the JoS doesn't have to do anything with invoking energy.

You can try the breath of fire to warm you up. I don't know if your experience is good or bad because I had no good experiences with cold energy, I think cold is low vibration energy and it is worse than hot, but I don't know. Maybe you cant define them as good or bad.
