Seeking guidance about trance, specifically deep trance

It only tells of feeling huge and swollen

But what if coupled by this, you feel like your head, eyes and arms are going to explode?

I attempted to enter the deepest trance I could (been wanting to do more trance based exercises as there is more quietness on certain days) and as soon as I started entering deep trance (it's easy, once you get the hang of it), I ended up feeling distorted and couldn't think straight as my thought process slowed down (normal), but I experienced something new. I started to feel like my brain, my eyes and my hands were getting bigger and bigger and more swollen and it felt like if I didn't pull out, I'd explode.

So I pulled myself out of the trance, was a little hard, as soon as I opened my eyes, my good hand (not operated one which is bandaged up) looked really swollen and big.

Did I do something wrong? Or is this completely normal and my energy body was expanding to open up?

You will have a lot of strange sensations as it will be a first time for everything in spirituality. In this case, your perception will be altered and you will feel different. I sometimes become a single line, my counscious perception goes in a straight line, dimensionally.

As with everything you do, thoroughly believe you can do whatever you are set to do. Talk to yourself and affirm that you can do it, and no matter what happens you are in control and you can manage anything thrown your way. Worrying means that you do not believe in yourself and or in your skills, this is not a mindset that will help you forward.

Just keep breathing and relax you will be fine!
