Inquiry on remote viewing attempt/trance state

Last night i once again tried to remote view, i experimented a bit since i wasn't exactly sure how to do it.

I went into a light trance and was trying my hardest to go deeper, then i tried something new out and it skyrocketed me into a much deeper state. I did it fully on purpose and i then felt my entire body tingle and vibrate more and more once i focused and concentrated on it.

It was like i could feel my body with my body itself, like for example i touched my wrist with my finger, but i could feel everything; even the space surrounding my body. I could narrow this down to me feeling my aura for the first time. When i closed my eyes and let the vibrations consume me i could see what looked like static, turn into what i can only describe as a calydascope across my vision.

I don't have much experience with naturally falling asleep, but almost my whole body went numb, i got so scared i couldn't move a muscle; that i did my best to wake myself up more and revive my body parts.

Any comments at all would be appriciated. I just want to know if any of you have had an experience like this or a simple answer that im too dumb to see.

That sounds interesting, could you please explain in detail exactly what you did?

I've experienced the static and kaleidoscope effect as well but I was working on my pineal gland, not practicing trance.

Its hard to describe exactly what i did to get there, i just remember feeling desperation then somehow forcing a chill across my entire body, this probably doesn't make sense but what i was thinking in the moment was vibrating every particle in my body and fusing it with the space it takes up and backing up my head (not physically) through my vision)

Im not sure which of those events blasted me into that state but i guess ill just have to experiment over the next few days lol.

I hope some of this made some sort of sense, im a bit autistic so im great at interpreting but not explaining.
