Burning in the solar plexus

I've just started meditating, it's been about 20 days (I was doing it before, but I took a long break) and I think from day 3 onwards I've always felt a burning sensation in my Solar Plexus chakra (I felt it before the break, but not as intense). I'm beginner. It feels like fire, like there is a cauldron there. It's not relaxing or fresh, but more like intense, hot and strong.

As soon as I go into a meditative state, there is a strong burning there. Sometimes it decreases, sometimes it increases.

I have also been vibrating my RAUM 18 times for 3-4 days to open this chakra and I feel that it reduces that burning, but it calms that chakra.

I am a Leo, it may have something to do with it. Is my Solar Plexus chakra open from birth or is it more developed? What does that mean?

It is normal to not feel this all of the time. These are when the chakras are opened and nurtured for them to expand. You can feel all of the chakras burning like a sphere, this is from the bioelectricity as by default it is very hot. This is however just one part of it, further meditation on these will show you more specific aspects of every chakra. These happen involuntarily at first after meditation, and in time can be expanded and activated at will. It is very important to remember the experiences you have in time.

For example, the solar chakra may feel the hottest, or the base as well, volcanic and electric, but in meditation, the solar can expand and induce a feeling of movement at the greatest speeds, but localized. It depends on your focus, the level of intensity. It is normal to feel this after a level of awarness. - NakedPluto

By "I am a Leo", I assume you mean Sun in Leo.
If the Ascendant is Leo, then The Sun is one's Chart Ruler.
If The Sun is posited in the 1st House, it is a Co-Ruler.
If the Ascendant is Cancer, and Leo is Intercepted in the 1st House, The Sun is a Co-Ruler.
When a Sign is completely contained within a House, it is called an "Intercepted Sign".
Intercepted Signs do not rule a House of their own.

You are meant to open the Third Eye first. Not the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Raum Meditation is an Intermediate Meditation. It is not for Beginners.

Raising Energy
It is important to keep your energy levels high at all times. Be careful not to raise more than you can handle.
Always affirm (program) the energy afterwards, as energy takes the path of least resistance.
It must be told what to do, in the present tense. "All my chakras are completely energized, in a positive way for me" x3
Multiples of 10 work well with SATANAS. 5 is fine, too.

To vibrate SATANAS:
S Breath in, and then partially close your glottis making a hissing sound like a cat or a serpent, extending the exhale.
A Then breath in and vibrate AHHHHHHH on the exhale.
T Breath in, then put your tongue on your hard palate right above your front teeth, and vibrate between a ZZZZ and THTHTH on the exhale.
A Then breath in and vibrate AHHHHHHH on the exhale.
N Vibrate NNNNNNNNNN
A Then breath in and vibrate AHHHHHHH on the exhale.
S Breath in, and then partially close your glottis making a hissing sound like a cat or a serpent, extending the exhale.
