Enemy attacking my solar plexus chakra

I feel enemy is attacking my solar plexus chakra. This is a feeling like I want to harm myself even if i dont want it. I clean my chakras, more attention i use for cleaning solar plexus chakra, and it works a little. What else should i do, so they wont be attacking my chakra?

Increase the amount of protection you do.

You need to increase the AoP in order to prevent such attacks.
