How can I get rid of this problem completely? When I do yoga, beginners meditation or walk outside, I have no motivation to do anything the next day, my nutrition is fine but my body seems to have a defect where my nervous system is too weak, I won't say if I am premature or if I have some acquired injuries, it will reduce my anonymity. I want my nervous system to be stress free, can I hypnotize myself to do this?

The only way to this is to let you body slowly adjust. There is nothing else you can do, tolerance must be built up slowly, the body must be allowed to adjust.

Please do not attempt anything reckless like hypnosis here. You wouldn't hypnotize yourself to believe you can lift a car if you cant even lift 2 shopping bags would you? That is a surefire way to hurt yourself badly, possibly causing irreparable damage.

Reduce your repetitions, the length of your meditations, just reduce everything to the point where you see no adverse effects and stay there for a while, then slowly start increasing from there.

It took me 4 years to get through the first 4 meditations of the 40 day program, it's now 7 days and I'm horrified to imagine how long it will take me to master the whole program, let alone spiritual warfare, and doing one ritual a day is too much for me and I haven't even gotten to 1/3 of a ritual a day, I understand that you are not superhumans and one average person can do it from the beginning and even much more, like doing hatha and kundalini yoga every day but I am too weak for that, I even lost a couple of pounds by doing 10 minutes twice a day and now I have visible cubes that I never trained, it looks like I will soon be pressured by my relatives who are already noticing my exhaustion, I don't believe there is no solution or advice to optimize. And I also don't believe in adaptation because I only got my results because of extra rest, every time after 10 minutes of meditation I sleep for about an hour, then I eat a lot of food to nourish my brain and only in the evening when there is a little time left before the meditation session I recuperate

Do lots and lots of void meditation.

Start working out, try to cut off habits that gives you a lot of dopamine, like tiktok, youtube shorts, sweets, etc..
https://ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=91725&p=473316

Turn your phone off, turn off the wifi router, turn everything off, and than promise yourself that you won't turn them on for like hours, and in that time, think, meditate, do pranayama (especially alternate nasal breathing), and do yoga. Promise yourself that you won't eat in this hours just only drink WATER ( preferably cleaned water if you have ). Under "think" I mean, just sit down without any phone or anything and just think. Ask yourself question, and ask the why.

Did I eat this morning? What did I eat? Why did I eat that? Could I had eat something better?
Why am I watching that series? Is it beneficial for me to watch it?

Than if you are relaxed you can slowly start to void meditate. Try out meditations, like the flame meditation.
When you are meditate affirm yourself "I'm in power over my conscious and unconscious thoughts and actions." or something similar. Or "I'm at my fullest Satanic potential, I'm no longer lazy and weak", if I remember correctly, NakedPluto shared such affirmations.

Do this a few times a week, and than try to do a less hard routine DAILY.
Start to daily meditate on the second half of this month or the next month, or preferably where it says "slow, but lasting results" and you can start workings on days like "quick (but not lasting) results" where your goal is to manifest something fast but it does not have to last forever like your meditation routine, or like emotional healing working or anything alike.

Eat healthy, and just elaborating what workout you should do, obviously start small, like if you have a garden, run like two rounds or so. But even a "warm-up" could be a good workout, like stretch out your muscles, etc...

You need to live a completely other life to begin with, because your current habits makes you what you are now. You NEED to push your boundaries because otherwise they stay where they are now.

You can make yourself challenges. If you could complete the challenge give yourself credit, note it down, and if you could not, ask yourself, why couldn't I complete this challenge. Why couldn't I complete it? When and How to complete it next time?, etc..

Ideas for challenges:
5 minutes of void meditation
Cold bath
500 meters run
30 seconds of plank
(other workout challenges)
1 minutes of sat kriya (with proper warmup)
Drink 2 liter of water within 1 hour.
Not touching the phone for 1 hour
.
.
.
And than you can do it again with a greater number.

Try out the 3 second method, where you count to 3 and you execute whatever you need to do.
Try it out now.
Think of something that you should or could do now. Like take a bath, or do the dishes, or something. If you decided what you should do now, do not even think anything else, just count to 3 and do it NOW!

When someone has an overloaded nervous system, adding more physical strain is not a good idea. One has to relax a lot and let their bodily functions slowly recover. This might take months, or even years in severe cases. We are not talking about being physically untrained, but an existing condition of overload for the central nervous system. Needless to say, power meditations (and asanas!) of any sort are pretty much not doable at such a point.

Your recommendation of restricting supranatural dopamine stimulus can be helpful, however.

Yeah it seems I completely misunderstood. I thought he is a fat guy who does not have any energy to do things, but it seems I misunderstood.

I had written a larger reply but the draft was deleted during the website move.

In summary: Focus on your energy with pranayama and yoga, rather than intensive visualization or meditation. Start with the Breath of Fire and Tibetan 5 Rites, for example. These add energy, so it doesn't matter whether you are initially weak or not.

Do you have a muzzy, heavy feeling head and any congestion? If so, then this is what TCM calls "Dampness", and is removed by boosting your vitality. You want to distinguish if the problem is actually just a lack of vitality impacting the nerve health, or a weakness of the nerves themselves.

You can also

use acupoints like GV20 to stimulate energy towards the head and promote wakefulness.
I would also recommend making an appointment with Centralforce for more in-depth assistance:
