I have a predilection for putting things together and taking them back together, also my brain likes bright pictures and I can't resist looking at them, some games use this and I can't avoid them and start playing these games in my imagination, it makes me feel bad, I feel empty and my free time is reduced by 3-6 hours because of this, I try to go for walks outside but I can't go out in the evening because I'm already tired, my energy is only enough for the middle of the day and I spend it all on yoga and meditation with mantras, and I was forced to be a vegetarian since I was 10 years old but since I was 20 years old I started to live separately and eat meat but I haven't fully recovered my brain and I'm still very prone to addiction.

You will have to find ways to reduce your game usage, which will abuse your natural interests and turn them into an addiction if one is not careful. To do this, you can download software to block these games after 1-2 hours of gameplay, or for a day, or whatever is needed to relax the impulse.

As you have some spiritual ability, you can also free your soul from this, through Ansuz. The primary problem is first that which robs you of time, so focus on reducing any addictions which hinder your productivity. This will shift your soul to find more positive outlets for what sounds like a mechanical and curious mind.

There are always solutions here, so keep trying and keep learning about yourself. Talk to your GD as well. The above is just a few possible solutions to help you.

Check out the youtube channel called: HealthygamerGG, he is great at helping people with these kind of problems.

Adding to what others say, after you understand how important and real this path is then nothing else is more "fun" to do. Nothing compares to the feeling you get after a good yoga and meditation session.

Nothing wrong with having hobbies outside of spirituality as this balances our lives and the extent depends on the individual.
